Core Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Backend Java Developer with minimum 3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. You will work primarily with Java and Spring Boot, building robust APIs and microservices, and play a key role in integrating solutions into CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on code quality are essential.

  Responsibilities

  - Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

  - Develop scalable and maintainable microservices architectures.

  - Integrate backend solutions into CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

  - Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and manage backend applications in cloud environments.

  - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to backend best practices.

  - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend performance.

  - Contribute to sprint planning, grooming, and release management.

  Required Skills

  - 3+ years of experience in backend development.

  - Strong expertise in:

     - Java (core and advanced concepts).

     - Spring Boot (REST APIs, microservices).

     - CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

  - Familiarity with cloud platforms

  - Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.

  - Good communication and teamwork abilities.

  - Basic exposure to DevOps, Monitoring, Performance tools

  Nice to Have

  - Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.

  - Exposure to monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).

  - Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium).

  - Familiarity with security and performance best practices.

  - Experience with frontend technologies
