  • Write complex SQL queries to be used with data warehouse or data lake house products to analyse Public Cloud spend data, and oversee others doing the same, providing those others with technical guidance as necessary.
  • Lead efforts to create data pipelines and SQL queries to use spend data to create forecast models for budgeting and to identify deviation from agreed forecasts.
  • Be responsible for the code used to visualise cloud spend analysis data in multiple dashboards that will be created using one or more data visualization and/or business intelligence tools (Google Looker, Microsoft Power BI etc.).
  • Lead efforts to develop code that takes the output of cloud tools that make recommendations about how cloud products can be optimized and presents these recommendations back to users of Public Cloud services across Sky Group.
  • Be responsible for writing, maintaining, and documenting the code that is used to control the cost recharge and chargeback processes for Public Cloud services at Sky.

What you will bring
