Job Summary
We are looking for a high-Caliber Research Analyst with strong expertise in Survey Programming, Statistical Analysis, and Data Visualization to support the team. This role blends technical survey development, advanced statistical modelling, automation, and executive reporting to enable data-driven strategic decisions. You will operate in a fast-paced, insight-led environment, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting global research programs that directly influence customer experience, product strategy, and operational excellence.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Program and manage complex surveys using Alida, Qualtrics, Medallia, or Decipher
- Implement advanced survey logic including branching, piping, randomization, quotas, and multilingual routing
- Conduct rigorous QA testing and ensure data quality compliance
- Manage full survey lifecycle from build to launch and data delivery
- Perform advanced statistical analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics
- Execute regression analysis, segmentation, weighting, factor analysis, and hypothesis testing
- Generate cross-tabulations with significance testing
- Develop automation workflows using Python
- Build data transformation and integration scripts
- Utilize JavaScript, CSS, and XML to enhance survey customization and functionality
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and scalable data pipelines
