Job Summary

This job provides entry-level support for content planning and acquisition processes through data entry and basic program tracking activities. It assists with maintaining programming databases and calendars while following established content management procedures. The job helps process content submissions and gather programming information according to documented workflows and guidelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with program database maintenance by entering acquisition details and updating status information under direct supervision
• Supporting program calendar updates by inputting basic show information and episode details following established guidelines
• Entering acquired content data into scheduling systems while following standard procedures and quality control protocols
• Processing incoming content pitch submissions through established tracking systems according to documented workflows
• Screening submitted content materials using provided evaluation criteria and forwarding to appropriate review teams
• Gathering basic competitor programming information from specified sources using standard research templates and tools
• Helping compile programming reports by collecting designated data points and entering information into standard formats
• Supporting content acquisition processes by maintaining organized files and updating tracking sheets as directed
• Entering program changes and schedule updates into content management systems following documented procedures
• Assisting with basic event coordination tasks and routine programming requests as assigned by supervisor
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
