Job Summary

This job is responsible for formulating and defining systems and objectives through research and an understanding of applicable business systems. It includes creating development specs, feasibility studies, and project planning assistance. The role tracks implementation, ensures data quality, and connects clients, users, and IT. It involves software solution integration, team collaboration on enhancements, and keeping up with industry trends.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for national code assignments, along with implementing and maintaining standards. Work with cross functional teams within IS Solutions as well as external business partners in order to support National and Divisional offers.
  • Responsible for maintaining the National Control table in EPC.
  • Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation, as necessary.
  • Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
  • Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
  • Identifies and assesses probable interactions of related computer systems and predicts impact of a change in assigned system.
  • May review proposals, including gathering facts, analyzing data and preparing project overview which compares alternatives in terms of cost, time, availability of equipment and personnel etc. Recommends course of action.
  • Functions as a liaison between the client, community and internal IT and/or external software vendors to develop system solutions to processing systems or business problems.
  • Ensures data quality and integrity across data-specific application implementations.
  • Supports the testing team and business users in validating that the programs meet the requirements.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with E2E testing on test cases
  • Validating code assignment aligns with design
  • Basic troubleshooting with E2E business partner on defects
  • Work on audits and Triage issues.
  • Ability to run and extract data using existing SQL queries.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail 
  • Expert communication & relationship building skills 
  • Previous CSG billing experience/knowledge is desirable
  • SQL Experience
  • AI and Process Automation
