Analyst 1 - Supply Chain Planning
Job Summary
The RefData Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing master and reference data across various systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality. This role involves collating source data, conducting quality checks, setting up and maintaining SKUs, sites, price lists, and engineering data. The analyst will also enforce data governance practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and manage master and reference data in various systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies.
- Collate source data and perform quality checks to ensure integrity and reliability.
- Set up and maintain SKUs, sites, price lists, and engineering data, keeping records up to date.
- Develop and implement data standards, policies, and procedures to enhance data governance.
- Conduct regular data audits, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Work closely with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to understand and fulfill data requirements.
- Provide support and training to staff on data management best practices and processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data management workflows and generate reports on data quality and usage.
- Track and report on data management metrics and KPIs to support business insights.
- Create and Support process standardisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and speed to market.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. Must be able to work nights and weekends, with a variable schedule and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with source and planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Anaplan.
- Proficiency in reporting and presentation tools, including Tableau and PowerPoint.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
