Job Summary

Responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of content across the video and IP asset delivery platform, ensuring a world-class level of service. Oversees the review, processing, and publishing of digital video assets, including upload and transcoding operations, using prescribed tools and the Content Management System (CMS). Prepares and validates all media and metadata, confirming accuracy and receipt from content providers. Collaborates to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with technical specifications. Operates with moderate supervision while maintaining accountability for individual results and overall team impact.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure all content is published to production within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Review media and metadata for accuracy; collaborate with content providers to resolve errors promptly.
  • Identify and correct missing metadata to guarantee proper placement and display of video across all platforms.
  • Validate that all media and metadata comply with current technical specifications.
  • Receive, process, and manage media and metadata submissions from content partners.
  • Support coordinators by addressing and resolving issues they identify.
  • Audit partner deliveries by comparing pitch lists against received assets.
  • Utilize daily metrics reports to identify trends and proactively address content partner or delivery issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with content partners and internal peers.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues within the Video Operations workflow as needed.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; flexibility to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience receiving and processing media from content providers.
  • Ability to ensure content meets client and broadcast specifications for technical accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail when verifying media and metadata; ability to resolve or escalate errors effectively.
  • Basic understanding of linear and digital content workflows, including file management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot or escalate anomalies within the Video Operations and transcoding ecosystem.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $23.58 - $35.37
