Senior Manager, Human Resources, Comcast West Division - Business and Residential Sales & Marketing
Job Summary
The Senior HR Manager serves as a strategic business partner who works directly with Comcast Business & Residential Sales and Marketing leaders and field teams across the West Division. The Senior HR Manager enables the field sales and strategy functions to achieve business objectives/goals through thought partnership in the areas of employee experience, organization health, change leadership, and talent management best practices. The role is responsible for partnering with cross-functional business leaders and Human Resources team(s) to develop functional strategies and ensure initiatives are successfully executed. The position ensures HR operational plans are aligned with business objectives. The successful person in this role will be both self-directed and collaborative, build productive relationships quickly, and communicate and stakeholder effectively. They will build partnerships across HR functions to collaborate in the pursuit of implementation of business objectives.Job Description

- Program/Project work to support execution of business initiatives to drive growth.
- Uses data to consult with business leaders on their organizational health plan (OHE) development and execution.
- Talent architect who ensures the business has the right people, in the right roles, with the right skills, at the right time while planning for future talent needs as the business continues to shift.
- Develops, cultivates, attracts, and moves the talent of today to be ready for the needs of tomorrow.
- Data-driven storyteller focused on how human capital can help drive business results.
- Leads with balanced empathy and provides leadership coaching to improve capability, ownership, and execution.
- Supports the business organization with driving change necessary to plan now for the future of work.
- Models inclusion and uses it to drive favorable culture and business outcomes.
- Assesses leadership talent by participating in selection and movement of talent across the organization.
- Champions our culture of empowerment, enabling strong business leaders who direct their teams to achieve necessary business outcomes.
- Adopts division/company tools to achieve business results.
- Identifies skill gaps and partners with SMEs to execute programs to eliminate gaps at leader/organizational levels.
- Advises leaders on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies.
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.
- Ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines, and policies to protect the business and its employees.
- Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $123,301.89 - $184,952.84

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
