By combining the reach and safety of television with the precision of digital advertising, we offer a unified solution for high-quality video ads that deliver performance and scale. Role Overview We are seeking a VP, Measurement Product & Insights to lead the strategy, development, and execution of Universal Ads' Measurement & Insights capabilities. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role overseeing both the Product and Marketing Science teams, with a critical mandate to develop industry-leading solutions in incrementality, attribution, insights, and third-party measurement integrations. This leader will play a foundational role in defining how performance is measured across CTV campaigns—bridging the best of digital measurement practices with the unique nuances of the evolving CTV ecosystem.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy for CTV-first measurement solutions, including full-funnel performance tracking, audience impact, and advanced attribution.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, ad operations, and external partners to build scalable, privacy-forward measurement tools across the ad lifecycle.
  • Implement modern solutions for incrementality testing, geo-lift, MMM, MTA, and clean room integrations, customized for the CTV environment.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and marketing scientists to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure measurement solutions meet the evolving needs of performance and brand advertisers.
  • Stay ahead of trends in CTV ad tech and measurement to proactively identify growth opportunities and shape Universal Ads' competitive positioning.
  • Represent Universal Ads in client discussions, partner engagements, and industry events—establishing thought leadership in CTV measurement.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $267,835.98 - $401,753.97

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.



Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
