Job Summary
Lead and manage diverse programs focused on business reengineering to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Collaborate with a cross-functional team representing all divisions to identify and address current challenges. Analyze and define existing processes across Marketing, Provisioning, Customer Care, and Technical Operations, and design future state processes enabled by advanced technology. Leverage extensive experience, knowledge, and skills within your discipline to prioritize tasks independently. Serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced colleagues.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Leads analysis and design of existing and new business processes that span multiple areas of the organization, including Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Training, Finance and Legal.
- Develops scalable processes to support and benefit the Company's architecture vision.
- Deconstructs technical concepts and metrics to facilitate process development.
- Helps to define success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track, monitor and measure the success of those metrics.
- Completes assessments of business processes and documents each of the following areas: problem statements, process flows, gap analyses and solution recommendations.
- Develops repeatable and thus scalable, plans and processes in order to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.
- Interacts closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (both field and corporate) in order to secure alignment.
- Diagnoses, corrects and documents issues, risks and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Additional Job Description:
We are seeking a Migration & Data Transition Senior Analyst to oversee business data migrations and system transitions. This role requires strong project management skills and expertise in data mapping, billing cycles, system integrations, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead migration meetings and resolve issues.
- Track migration items and align billing cycles.
- Maintain migration playbooks and population files.
- Oversee rate code sheets and equipment mapping.
- Monitor open balances and manage service identification.
- Develop mapping files and provide migration reports.
- Communicate migration schedules to customers.
- Perform validation checks for data accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data migration and system transitions.
- Strong knowledge of billing cycles and system integrations.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise telecommunications and billing systems.
- Familiarity with MDM processes and Agile methodologies.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $60,643.32 USD-$142,132.77 USD
