Role Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and implementation ofthe AI Ops platform andsoftware developmentsolutions.

• Evaluating,identifyingand developing software solutions in public and private cloud

• Expert level experienceleveragingAWS to build software and automated testing frameworks

• Documenting and recording every aspect of an application or software

• Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team

• Planning,trackingand scheduling software deliverables in partnership with the program team.

• Locating and directing solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interface

• Develop continuous improvement techniques toidentifyproblems within software systems and resolving the issues

• Developing good working relationships with other employees, such as Managers, Product Owners, Programmers,Engineersand QA.

• Extensive knowledge of the software development process and corresponding technologies

• Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles

• Proficient knowledge of the operation and development designs of agile software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's ormaster's degree in computer science, Information Technology, ora relatedfield.

• Demonstrated success in leading the design and implementation of ITSM automation solutions, including AIOps and Event Management platforms.

• Proven ability to provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.

• Experience defining and managing automation projects with a focus on strategic goals.

• Excellent collaboration skills witha track recordof working effectively with cross-functional teams, IT leaders, and stakeholders.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Proven ability to create andmaintaincomprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration, and deployment guides.
