What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor broadcast systems during live events to ensure smooth transmission.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in real time.
  • Coordinate with production teams, directors, and on-air talent to support live broadcasts.
  • Monitor and adjust audio/video levels to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation for each event.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Be part of a 24/7 broadcast team. Our MCO team members work a variety of shifts including morning, swing, and night.

What You Bring

  • Some experience or education in broadcasting engineering, communications, or a related field is helpful, but not required. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply as we are open to training!
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in live broadcast or production environments.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience with broadcast automation systems.
  • Technical proficiency with video servers, audio consoles, and automation systems.
  • Certifications in broadcast engineering or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with broadcasting regulations and compliance standards.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $25.10 - $37.65
