What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor broadcast systems during live events to ensure smooth transmission.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in real time.
- Coordinate with production teams, directors, and on-air talent to support live broadcasts.
- Monitor and adjust audio/video levels to maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for each event.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Be part of a 24/7 broadcast team. Our MCO team members work a variety of shifts including morning, swing, and night.
What You Bring
- Some experience or education in broadcasting engineering, communications, or a related field is helpful, but not required. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply as we are open to training!
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in live broadcast or production environments.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with broadcast automation systems.
- Technical proficiency with video servers, audio consoles, and automation systems.
- Certifications in broadcast engineering or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with broadcasting regulations and compliance standards.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $25.10 - $37.65
