Job Summary

Responsible for providing account management and sales support for an assigned portfolio of existing customers. Develop and manage overall account strategies for specific named accounts, including identification of incremental revenue opportunities, new product and service opportunities and retention of existing services. Responsible for overall customer relationship management and customer satisfaction in addition to delivering customer revenue and retention objectives

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the customer relationship with assigned accounts in support of the CTS Streaming, Broadcast, and Advertising business. You will have a focus on day-to-day support for all their media management, post-production, and delivery needs, in addition to overall retention and growth strategies. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Conducts product demos, user trainings, and delivers proposed solutions to meet the needs of the assigned customers.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for any customer issues or escalations that arise.
  • Manage the cultivation, execution and delivery of sales and service solutions to national accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (including sales, finance, IT, product, development and operations) to develop project plans and optimize overall sales strategy, while providing a superior customer experience.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with clients while promoting company services across multiple organizational levels including but not limited to C-level and Executive level personnel.
  • Manage existing revenue, funnels, reporting and forecasts supporting business unit and customer operational goals and objectives.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $76,066.95 - $114,100.43

Additional Range: This job can be performed in New York City with a Pay Range of $76,066.95 - $124,473.20
