No, not necessarily! But, if you don’t apply with a resume, please provide as much information in your profile as possible — this means our recruiters can accurately review your skills and qualifications.

- Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your SSN, and your 4-digit birth year. You’ll be required to create a new pin after enrolling on the site, for security reasons

- Salary Key from The Work Number website
- Company Code — 17000

Military
We deeply value the diverse backgrounds and skill sets of our military-connected colleagues. The transition back to civilian life can be a daunting process, but we’ve got you covered.
-
Yes! At Comcast, we consider every member of our Talent Acquisition team a military recruiter. We’re seriously committed to hiring military veterans, National Guard, Reserve members, and military spouses. We also have a dedicated team of military veterans who manage our veteran hiring programs.
-
We do. We’re partnered with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce – Hiring Our Heroes program, and we attend multiple hiring events throughout the year. We also partner with multiple veteran service organizations, the Department of Labor, the Veterans Administration, as well as colleges and universities, participating in their hiring programs for veterans.
-
The best time to start planning your transition to civilian life is once you’ve decided to separate from the military. We have a number of programs to assist you in that process — reach out to us to find out more.
-
If you are a spouse of a military member and must move for a military reason, we will provide transfer assistance to help you continue your career.
-
Absolutely! Not every position requires a college degree. We recognize that by being a service member, you offer a wealth of real-life experience with a wide range of skills and training.
-
We encourage military members and active reservists to apply for any position that matches their skill and experience level. As such, there are numerous career fields to inquire about. These include (but are not limited to) Technical Services, Customer Service, Sales, Installation, and Project/Program Management. We strive to review every applicant on a case-by-case basis to determine the best fit for both the candidate and our company.
We’re committed not only to hiring military veterans, but to retaining them too. This means making sure we get the fit right for you when you join our team.
-
For sure. We have veterans, National Guard, Reserve members, and military spouses throughout our company, including our headquarters in Philadelphia. From administration to project management to executive leadership, the skills and abilities that our military community brings to Comcast are highly valued.
-
Yes. We’re committed to attracting and retaining the best military talent, including those who continue to serve their communities and the nation in the National Guard and Reserve. We have National Guard and Reserve members throughout our company, from front-line employees to executive leaders.
We provide paid time off for military training, pay differential, and continued benefits if you’re activated or deployed, and have a dedicated military concierge service to help you and your family as you transition between our company and your military duties.
Accommodations
If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application process, please click here to direct your inquiries. Remember to include the requisition number(s)!
-
Some accommodations include extended interview or assessment time, breaks between interviews, providing sign language interpreters, scribes & readers, text-based interviews, providing specialized equipment, and more.
-
Our Candidate Experience team will first reach out to clarify the specific accommodation requested or seek additional details to best understand how we can assist. Once confirmed, a Comcast team member will work with our internal teams to provide a reasonable accommodation that matches your needs. Only the necessary parties will be notified of your request. As a final point, we’ll confirm the details with you to make sure it meets your needs before moving forward with the interview process.
-
No, we don’t require medical documentation.
-
Requests are highly confidential, so we don’t save them to your application or profile. If you apply for a new position, please email talentaccommodations@comcast.com with your requisition number so that we can assist you.
-
Please specify all requisition number(s) for applications that you require an accommodation for at the time of submission. If, after your initial request is completed, you find yourself requiring another accommodation, please submit a new request.
-
Since we won’t save your confidential requests to your profile, the best time to request an assessment or interview accommodation is when you’ve been invited to participate in either an assessment and/or interview.
At this time, it’s best to notify your recruiter or email talentaccommodations@comcast.com directly for assistance.
-
It’s never too late to request an accommodation! Please notify your recruiter or reach out to talentaccommodations@comcast.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Fraud
What is a job scam?
Scammers often advertise jobs in the same way as legitimate employers — online, in newspapers, sometimes even on TV and radio. They’ll promise you a job, but they’re really after your money and personal information.
-
If you think you were contacted by someone posing fraudulently as a Comcast recruiter, please report suspicious job postings and any unauthorized access to your personal account directly to the platforms you were messaged on.
If you see or lose money to a job scam, report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. You can also report it to the state attorney general.
-
Comcast doesn’t use any messaging apps like Facebook Messenger for hiring, nor will we ever request any form of payment from candidates during the hiring process.
Comcast recruiters will only use an @comcast.com or @cable.comcast.com email address to contact candidates about a position.
-
No. All candidates should visit ComcastCareers.com to apply for a position with us. Comcast doesn’t use Messenger or any similar messaging apps for hiring.
Relocation
There are a lot of factors to take into consideration when deciding if you should relocate: cost of living, moving expenses, and impact on family are just a few. Our Relocation Experience Guide explains more.
-
Comcast does offer relocation assistance for certain positions. However, not all positions are eligible. If you see a position you’re interested in, apply for it. If you’re contacted by one of our recruiters, make sure to discuss whether the position is eligible for relocation assistance.
