Inspire What's Next In the immediate aftermath of the storms, the business strategy shifted from connects and commissions to care, which stood out among our competitors and led to greater affinity for the Comcast brand. The Disaster Relief Task Force helped to create and scale a new emergency hotline for employees; a ride sharing app; a home sharing app; a special emergency relief benefit plan; and a dedicated hub with a disaster relief guide. A new Xfinity Stream app was developed for customers with connectivity issues, becoming the blueprint for how we respond to future disasters.
