Job Summary

The Human Resources Department of Comcast Spectacor is currently seeking an HR Intern to support our diverse group of internal clients. The role immerses a current college student into the daily operations of a sports and entertainment company while working side-by-side with leaders to gain exposure to the fast-paced world of Human Resources.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with the HR documentation process and provide record-keeping support.
• Support On Boarding Process.
• Provide general HR support, such as sending updates for Labor Law postings, supply orders, and process HR specific mail.
• Participate in other projects/functions of Human Resources as appropriate.
• Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be a college Junior, Senior or Grad student.
• Must be available to work at least two full days (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) during the Winter and Spring.
• Candidates pursuing Human Resources Management, Psychology, or another HR-related degree preferred.

Salary:

Base Pay: $8.00
