Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead our efforts in leveraging AI to empower the entire technology organization to deliver transformative AI-driven experiences. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology organization by driving the development and adoption of innovative AI-powered solutions. Core Responsibilities
AI Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy identifying new growth opportunities and high-value impact areas where AI/ML can transform customer and employee experiences.
Strategic Roadmap Development:Collaborate with AI technology stakeholders and engineering teams to design and maintain impactful, goal-driven product roadmaps.
Product Delivery Oversight: Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer expectations are met.
Technical FluencyDemonstrated ability to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and user needs by translating them into practical, intuitive product solutions.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Skill in gathering, analyzing, and using data to inform product roadmaps and validate business cases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across teams (Business, Program Management,Engineering) to align goals and deliver cohesive, impactful products.
Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and feedback, ensuring that our AI solutions deliver exceptional value and user experiences.
Product Marketing:Evangelize AI capabilities across the organization, driving adoption of platforms and solutions, showcasing value through impactful results.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation.
Feedback Loop:Proficiency in setting up formal and informal feedback mechanisms to drive product innovation and ensure alignment with evolving user and business needs.
Continuous Improvement: Leverage data and feedback to iterate on roadmaps and enhance product outcomes.
Employees at all levels are expected to:
10+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally someone who has done AI/ML product management.
Excellent communication skills to articulate vision, goals, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
Ability to define and execute a product vision while managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across the organization.
A passion for leveraging AI to solve meaningful problems and drive measurable outcomes.
