TAOS Program Manager
Job Summary
Supports the management of various programs within HR Service Delivery. Partners with leaders and stakeholders to drive development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for multiple initiatives including our enterprise wide Drug and Background program vendor partners. Responsible for program development, deployment, and quality assurance activities, coordinating among a wide range of teams to ensure that programs are within scope, and on schedule. The Program Manager role will work closely with leaders and business partners to identify opportunities to decrease manual processes and streamline protocols while optimizing our vendor relationship and delivery of services.Job Description
Core Responsibilities/Tasks:
Manage various customer programs including the Comcast Drug and Background program in support of HRSD’s vision, mission, and goals.
Coordinate multiple projects and initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet leadership expectations, align organizational goals and deliver products on time
Partners with TAOS Programs leader to manage vendor relationships includingrecurring and ad hoc operational meetings with clients and vendor partners.
Serves as a program expert and resource,acting as liaison to internal and external stakeholders and business partners for general inquiries and escalation resolution.
Leverage data to monitor and improve processes and programs, conduct resource analysis, provide business insightsand resolve issues at the root-cause level
Create analytical products that ‘tell the story’ and deliver actionable information to leaders, clients and stakeholders
Continually assess existing programs and processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve a better candidate/customer experience.
Create & maintain all program documentation including project plans, process maps, work assessments, technology utilization, stakeholder updates, presentations etc. Work with key stakeholders to identify and schedule all work required to achieve and maintain program objectives.
Proactively identify and analyze risks and provide recommendations to resolve issues at the root cause level. Stakeholder with senior leaders to manage proposed changes to program parameters.
Create clearly defined, and mutually agreeable success metrics for each new program or process. Establish a plan to track, monitor, and measure program success.
Collaborate effectively with others in order to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables. Create and foster relationships with cross functional business partners to expand, enhance, or modify services to support departmental growth and efficiency.
Communicate at all levels of the organization to include senior executives. Provide timely updates on program milestones, accomplishments, and challenges.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Provide support to large-scale HCM implementation initiatives.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Competencies Required:
Lead change management in a consistently changing environment and perform at a high level in a fast paced environment; managing multiple competing priorities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously. Demonstrates ability to think analytically and synthesize complex information.
Ability to work through ambiguity and push through obstacles to resolve issues at the root-cause level, combine disparate pieces of data and ensure reports and products are of the highest quality and error free.
Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. Ability to tell a clear and compelling story through PowerPoint, and advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrates initiative and self-direction; can apply knowledge and make sound judgments to effectively resolve issues or concerns.
Works collaboratively with others, establishing credibility/rapport with management, colleagues, employees, and business partners. Demonstrates organizational awareness and uses influence effectively to promote positive change.
Promotes a customer-centric culture, actively encouraging sharing of ideas and cross functional collaboration. Ability to devise ways to optimize procedures and keep teams motivated.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
Other Qualifications:
Experience managing programs and/or vendor relationships is required. Certification highly desirable.
General understanding of HR processes and policies. Experience in a shared services environment preferred.
Experience supporting an organization through large-scale implementations.
Project Management experience.Certification highly desirable.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $61,234.64 USD-$143,518.68 USD
