Q&A with Lisa Blackshear
In a matter of just a few short weeks, a large, cross-functional team mobilized more than 95% of Comcast’s customer service employees to be able to work from home. Lisa Blackshear, Senior Vice President, CX Strategy & Operations, was one of those people who worked tirelessly behind the scenes so that our call center and digital care agents could continue to support our customers from the safety of their homes during these challenging times.
Kay serves as the Director of Talent Management where she leads the talent programs for Comcast’s Central Division. She also serves as a liaison for Central Division’s DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) and ERG (Employee Resource Group) initiatives.
Mitzi Givens-Russell is a Franchise Operations Manager for our California Region where she ensures compliance with our franchise obligations, manages external affairs and community impact funding and represents Comcast California in small claims court. She’s also a co-lead for the California Region’s Black Employee Network (BEN).
