The Ideal Candidate

  • MBA candidates between their 1st and 2nd years
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in dynamic environment (e.g. entrepreneur, consulting, military, etc.)

Comcast & NBCUniversal's joint, top-tier MBA Rotational Leadership Program gives participants the opportunity to lead critical, cross-functional projects in leading edge areas such as Digital Media, Product Development, Operations, Research, and Strategy & Planning. You will have the opportunity to develop your networks with experiences designed to accelerate technology and media careers and develop a cadre of future senior leaders. Individualized placement into career-accelerating positions follows the initial two-year rotational period. We're looking for innovative leaders seeking to make a significant contribution and business impact in a global organization.

Business Critical Projects

  • Structured, customized experiences on high-profile strategic projects
  • Opportunity to gain exposure to several areas of the business within Comcast & NBCUniversal
  • Rotations may require mobility to various locations

Executive Development

  • Targeted training leveraging internal executives and L&D organizations on various topics including executive leadership, new products/service delivery and launch
  • Exposure to senior leadership through projects, development sessions and direct access to executive steering committee members
  • Involvement in related industry organizations

Cadre and Mentorship

  • In addition to individual experiences, participants come together as a team in a cohort structure creating an exceptional peer learning experience
  • Mentors, peer advisors, leadership program managers and rotation hosts provide coaching and performance feedback regularly
  • Participants also have the opportunity to contribute to continual program enhancements and mentor future participants
