
Comcast picks up the majority of the cost. You pay your contributions on a pretax basis. Medical options depend on where you live and include: National PPO plan and POS Plan as well as some Regional HMOs or EPOs.
National Prescription Drug Plan program is available for a majority of our plans except for some regional HMO/EPO plans. Other medical vendors administer their own prescription plans. The National Prescription Drug plan allows you to enjoy benefits like: mail order service for up to a 90-day supply of medicine including regular delivery at no additional cost.

Comcast offers disability coverage for full-time employees. This coverage provides income protection if you become unable to work due to illness, injury, or other disability. You may be eligible to receive up to a maximum of 26 weeks of STD coverage for a qualified disability. Coverage varies by service date.
If you are a regular full-time employee there are two options for LTD:
Health Care FSA: you may elect up to $2,500 per year for tax-free reimbursement of qualifying health care expenses for you or any eligible dependent.
Dependent Care FSA: Use this account for tax-free reimbursement of qualifying expenses for childcare or eldercare up to $5,000 per year.
Comcast gives you access to additional voluntary benefits such as: legal services, property/casualty insurance, pet insurance and identity theft insurance, all of which are paid for through convenient after-tax payroll deductions.
Comcast's Education Assistance Program provides reimbursement of approved tuition, books and educational fees. The maximum reimbursement is $5,750 per calendar year.
New hires are automatically enrolled in the Comcast 401(k) Plan at a 3% contribution rate on the first of the month following three months of service. Comcast matches your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to the first 4.5% of eligible pay contributed.
Comcasters have the opportunity to contribute up to 15% of pay to purchase Comcast stock at a 15% discount. ESPP enrollment periods are held quarterly. The maximum annual contribution is $12,500.
