We're a group here that's looking at trying to take the products that Comcast offers and making them something that's really easy and accessible to our users.

You're looking at from the minute the customer interfaces with this product, what is that full spectrum of the experience?

You put the info at the bottom of the panel, which made the most sense.
There's a number of really important factors that we take in consideration with network building great design. Keep it simple. Make it fun. Make it intuitive. Make it im … immersive, and … and make it elegant.

Pointing's good.

We have a lab on the 17th floor here. We bring customers in. We ask questions where we're not digging for a response that we want to hear, that we're really looking for candid answers. Even though we may think it's right, our customers do or don't think it's right. But that small sort of in-house lab is really like our foundation for validating what we're working on.

It's not enough to just build something. It's gotta resinate with an audience. If it doesn't then, you know, it's not gonna get used. And if it's not gonna get used, the product's not gonna be successful. Looking at what a user wants is become really essential in today's business world.
